            <description><![CDATA[<p>The 2008 election is over.&nbsp; One question to answer is why was the voter turnout at 64%?&nbsp; What can be done to increase voter turnout?&nbsp; Is there anything that the parties can do to increase turnout?&nbsp; Should voting be required?&nbsp; Find examples of voter turnout among groups for your answer.&nbsp; Example would be voters by age, gender, occupation, race.</p>

            <title>Readings and Reading Notes</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman" color="#000000" size="3">I have noticed that some of you are not reading, nor are you taking reading notes.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Several lost points on the notebook check for a lack of reading notes.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Even though we do not have a textbook, you still need to read.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>Not every podcast will talk about the exam in great detail; some items will not be mentioned in podcast or in class.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>It is important to read, to take notes on the readings and use those notes to the fullest.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span>If you need help with the readings or taking reading notes, stop by during academic lab.</font></p>]]></description>
