Civil Liberties Court Cases Activity

In a small group of no more than three people, you will complete the THREE PARTS of the activity.  Each part is worth 10 points.
Part 1-The group completes the boxes below.  Be sure to answer all the questions and make sure that each member can discuss each part of the case.
Part 2 -The group will create a visual poster of the court case on the paper provided.  The poster created needs to tell the story of the case and Amendment.
Part 3 – The group will make a presentation of the case to the class.  The presentation needs to from 1 to 3 minutes in length and have group member participate.

Here is a list of the Cases. Not all the cases will be used in class. Be sure to check which ones were used in your period.
